Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Dear suppliers!

According to the results of the competition, the specification without quantity will be signed with the selected Supplier. Prices are fixed until 31.12.2020.
Production is carried out on the Buyer's mold. The mold is handed over to the winner of the competition in St. Novosibirsk (all overhead costs for export and transportation from the city of Novosibirsk). Novosibirsk fall on the Supplier).
Shipment is made in batches to each store according to the order, taking into account delivery. The attachment provides an approximate breakdown by ordered quantities and mapping areas to counties.

The bidder may repeatedly improve its price offer until the end of submission of bids.

Only one legal entity may participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. The other is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for withdrawal from the competition of all affiliated participants.
