Delivery terms:By the Seller's means and means to the Buyer's warehouse. Shipping costs must be included in the price of the Item.

By submitting an offer under this tender, participants automatically accept all the terms and conditions set out below.

Participants may not refuse to supply items for which they have been tendered or increase the price after submitting an offer. If delivery fails or attempts to increase the price, participants will be blacklisted by companies.

In this tender, Miratorg APX will take into account the bidders' prices without VAT! But the deliveries will be with actual VAT.

PLEASE PAY PARTICULAR ATTENTION TO UNITS OF MEASUREMENT. PRICES MUST BE STATED CORRECTLY FOR EACH UNIT OF MEASUREMENT.

Please specify all analogs in the Analog Description field. After the first round of bidding is completed, you are not allowed to edit or add information to the Analogue Description fields. In the overbidding phase, only the price is allowed to be lowered. All bidders who violate this requirement will be excluded from the tender. Their applications will not be considered.

In the attached documentation, you can find a technical description of tags. Also a need is attached. The amount of purchase under the tender is indicative. Possible deviation.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
