Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Payment under this Agreement is made by the Customer for the services actually rendered by the Contractor in Russian rubles on the basis of the invoice issued by the Contractor by transferring funds to the current account of the Contractor. The Customer undertakes to pay for the Services provided properly and within the agreed period within 30 (thirty) banking days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Certificate of Acceptance of the Services provided. The amount of deferment is not a commercial loan, interest on the deferment amount is not accrued and payment will not lie. Date of payment of the goods shall be deemed the date of debiting the funds from the Buyer's settlement account.
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
