документации: «Заказчик вправе отказаться от
проведения иных способов закупки, отличных от
торгов (далее по тексту данного пункта - закупки),
в том числе завершить процедуры закупки без
определения победителя в любое время, в том числе
после подписания протокола по результатам закупки,
в том числе с победителем, не неся при этом
никакой ответственности перед любыми физическими и
юридическими лицами, а также перед победителем
закупки» прекратить проведение открытого запроса
предложений на право заключения договоров на
поставку блочно-модульных инверторных установок
(далее – БМИУ) по лотам:
лот № 1 поставка БМИУ по проекту «Строительство
Оренбургской СЭС-1 установленной
мощностью 45 МВт» для нужд ПАО «Т Плюс»;
лот № 2 поставка БМИУ по проекту «Строительство
Оренбургской СЭС-3 установленной
мощностью 60 МВт» для нужд ПАО «Т Плюс».
