Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:
within 45 calendar days after the fulfillment of the obligations to deliver the goods and the buyer receives the primary (shipping) documents.
Delivery terms:
The supply shall be carried out by the forces and means of the supplier.
Transportation costs should be included in the cost of products on the basis of the terms of the delivery of the DDP - Kogalym (transport costs are not reimbursed separately).
Comments: Prices are exclusive of VAT, including transportation costs.
1. Products must be new (official confirmation must be uploaded to the ETP).
2. Involved to participate:
- Manufacturers of the requested products;
- Official representatives, dealers (it is obligatory to provide confirming certificates, certificates, official letters of the manufacturer about conferring the authority to sell the requested products);
3. Evaluation criteria for proposals will be:
- Fulfill all stated requirements;
- Offer price;
- Participant status (manufacturer, dealer);
- Delivery time;
- Fixing the price for the entire period of delivery from the moment of participation in the procedure until the transfer of goods at the customer’s warehouse (official confirmation must be uploaded to the ETP).
4. Supply of products in accordance with the stated requirements.

1. Scanned copy of the quotation with prices, terms and conditions of delivery, certified by the signature and seal of the company;
2. The list of constituent documents necessary for concluding a contract (the list is attached in the attached file);
All documentation must be certified by an authorized representative and sealed by the company.
Request for quotation is made in relation to the current need.
This procedure of request for proposals is not a tender, it is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section 1, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; this procedure is not a public tender, it is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Section 2, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
