Payment terms:
payment of goods is made by the buyer for 45 (forty-fifth) calendar Day from the moment of transfer of ownership of the goods.
Payment of goods is made by the buyer on the basis of the original invoice, the original commodity waybill Torg-12, copies of commodity and transport documents, issued in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.
Delivery terms:

The supplier transports (delivers) the goods to the place of destination.
Supplier's obligations on delivery (transfer) of the goods are considered fulfilled at the moment of transfer of the goods to the buyer (consignee) at the place of destination.
The following accompanying documents are obligatory attached to the goods:
- Packing sheets;
- Picking lists for each shipping place with the following indication: Full and correct name, mass dimensions (length, width, height, net/gross weight), number of the questionnaire, name of the object of capital construction, numerical marking (information on the principle: Place number from the total number of seats);
- Technical passports (where applicable);
- Quality certificates or other documents confirming the quality of the goods;
- Warranty obligations of the manufacturer and the period of validity of the warranty;
- Operating instructions (where applicable);
- Documents confirming the passage of the customs procedure for the release of goods for domestic consumption (applicable for goods of foreign production);
- Rostekhnadzor permission to use the goods (where applicable).
Technical documentation must comply with the requirements established by the relevant technical regulations of the Customs Union (where applicable).
Passports and operating instructions for imported goods must be executed in Russian language.
The goods must be packed in containers, ensuring proper safety of the goods from any kind of damage and full or partial loss during transportation and meeting the requirements (technical conditions) for packaging and packaging of this type.
For each container supplier must provide a packing list in Russian.
The goods should contain the commodity and special marking, put in accordance with the Gostu or Tu, with the obligatory indication of the information in the Russian language. All additional costs and losses incurred by the purchaser due to defective or incorrect markings shall be borne by the supplier.
