The Buyer has the right to unilaterally reduce/increase the number of RIMS by 30% (both upward and downward) from the one agreed by the parties in this Specification or Order, notifying the Supplier 14 calendar days before the upcoming changes, but no later than 5 days before the upcoming delivery. At the same time, the remaining terms of the delivery terms, including the terms for the price and deferred payment, remain unchanged.
