Payment terms:Payment - we consider the offers of suppliers. Mainly within 30 calendar days from the moment of signing of goods invoices (goods and transport invoices) by transferring funds to the current account of the supplier or other unprohibited by the current legislation of the Russian Federation. In case of failure to provide invoices within the prescribed period, the calculation of the period for payment (30 calendar days) begins from the moment of the invoice (this condition is valid if the supplier is the VAT payer. Ready to consider supplier proposals.

General Requirements for the Delivered Product
The quality of the goods must comply with the requirements of GOST (or manufacturer's TU) and other normative legal acts established in the Russian Federation for this Product and confirmed by documents in accordance with Russian legislation.
The supplier must submit documents for the supplied goods confirming its compliance with the requirements established by the applicable legislation. The supplier guarantees the highest quality of the supplied Goods.
The goods must be new, previously unused (not used), not recovered, released no earlier than 12 months before the date of delivery, unless otherwise provided by the Technical Specification.
Delivery of the goods to the place of delivery is carried out by the supplier at

Comments:
In the composition of the application, it is necessary to attach documents according to paragraph 22 of the notification of the procurement:
1) Application for participation in procurement (according to the established form 1);
2) Technical proposal (established form 2);
3) Commercial offer (according to the established form 3);
4) Procurement participant questionnaire (according to the established form 4) — for new suppliers who did not previously have contractual relations with JSC "SZ "DSK".
5) Consent to the processing of personal data (according to the established form 5) — for new suppliers who did not previously have contractual relations with JSC "SZ "DSK".
6) A copy of the document confirming the authority of a person to sign an application for participation in the procurement on behalf of the procurement participant (documents confirming the authority of the person performing the functions of the sole executive body (for a legal entity); if the application for participation in the procurement is signed by power of attorney, the application also provides such power of attorney).

Other requirements: as part of the application, it is necessary to indicate what exactly has been restored and what included major repairs, the year of the bulldozer and the year of the overhaul.
