Payment terms:Payment by the Buyer of delivered products is made within 45 (forty-five) calendar days (within 30 (thirty) calendar days for SMEs) after signing of the invoice by the Parties and provision by the Supplier of the invoice issued in accordance with the requirements of paragraph 5 of Art. 169 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation (if the Supplier does not apply the USPO).
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
Documentation provision procedure:Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
