The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

- directly to each GM at least once a month;
- to the Buyer's logistics center once a week, with the Supplier paying a logistics bonus of 3% of turnover.
2. The delivery shall include loading, unloading, transporting by the supplier;
3. Deferred payment — 30 calendar days
4. Maintaining the monthly volume purchased by GM Globe in the Vendor's warehouse;
5. Fixing prices for 6 months;
