Comments: PJSC "VimpelCom" invites the organization to take part in the tender for the supply of bottled drinking water in the region of Greater Moscow (Kostroma, Vladimir, Tver) for 2 years.
To participate in the procurement event, the supplier must:
Read the Privacy Statement. Please note that your consent to participate in the procurement event of PJSC "VimpelCom" also means acceptance of the terms of the "Privacy Statement", and you will bear the liability for failure to comply with the terms of the Privacy Statement in accordance with applicable law.
Fill in the Participant Questionnaire signed by the authorized person (word and pdf format);
Specify the full name/phone/e-mail of the responsible manager to support this procurement action;
Provide financial statements (scan copies of balance sheet and profit and loss statement), as well as a completed file analysis rating (excel).
If the last available report is annual, then the annual report for the last 2 years is provided. If the last available report is for the quarter/half-year/9 months, then reports for 3 periods are provided: the last reporting period of the current year and the previous 2 years. In case the participant belongs to the holding, the consolidated statements of the holding are provided.
Electronic copies of documents shall meet the following conditions:
the participant should ensure that every scanned document is easily readable; $
each scanned document must be saved in a separate file, a single page document being saved in a separate file and a document containing multiple pages and annexes, $ should also be grouped into a single file;
each document must have a name (abbreviated) corresponding to its content.$
The package of documents should be sent to the e-mail address tatyana-kutnyuk@beeline.ru no later than 12:00 (MSK) 25.03.2020 (in the subject of the letter should indicate "[Name of the supplier's organization] Voda_BM"). The total size of the letter should not exceed 10 MB (if necessary, you can send several letters).
