Auto-extension

Payment terms:Payments for the supplied products are made by the Buyer in the order of 100 (one hundred) percent payment after receipt of the goods to the Buyer, by transferring funds on the invoice to the Supplier's settlement account. The funds are transferred to the Supplier's settlement account within 30 (Thirty) calendar days after acceptance of the Goods by the Buyer.
Delivery terms:Delivery at the expense of the supplier, the next day from the date of receipt of the request for the supply of water. Delivery in batches, at the stated addresses, during the year.

Attention important information! The supplier has the right to offer its own cost of the goods, which will be considered by the customer. A prerequisite is the relevance of the offer, before summing up the results of the purchase, as well as compliance with delivery dates, that is, by offering any item of goods, the supplier is obliged to guarantee the price offer and the availability of goods at the time of signing the contract! A warranty must be provided for the entire delivered product, the term of which is set by the manufacturer or supplier, as well as indicated in the product passport or other technical documentation.
Suppliers, in case of recognition of the best price, undertake to conclude a supply contract with the buyer, in the form posted in the procurement documentation and on the terms proposed during the procurement procedure. The contract is posted in the purchase documentation. The signing of the contract must be carried out within the time specified on the trading platform. A mandatory requirement for the consideration of the application is the provision of documents:
1. Commercial offer (with indication of delivery dates)
2. Passports or their samples for all offered products with indication of technical characteristics and manufacturer.
