Payment under the agreement is made upon acceptance of the goods by the Buyer, by transferring funds to the Supplier's current account within 30 (thirty) calendar days after signing the TORG-12 / UPD consignment note, transferring the invoice, invoice for payment.

Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
