Bidders can submit a bid for separate items within the call for bids

Restriction on submission of a bid higher than previously submitted
Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Advance payment. Payment (advance) within the allocated volume can be made in installments during the tender period.
All prices must be indicated including VAT-20% and delivery.
Positive accreditation at PIK Group of Companies is required.
Delivery terms:Delivery by road to the address: Moscow, Stroykombinata passage, 1 and construction sites of PIK-Industry JSC, no more than 15 km from the Moscow Ring Road.
In the event that you do not agree to sign the standard form of the contract, you must upload the protocol of disagreements.
Products must comply with the terms of reference. The customer has the right to selectively check the products for compliance with the technical specifications. In case of deviations, all associated costs of return, replacement, incl. transport and handling costs are borne by the supplier.
Positive accreditation at PIK Group of Companies is required.
Georeferencing:Moscow, Moscow region (according to the list of specified addresses in the terms of reference)

The presented requirement is approximate and will be specified in the Buyer's monthly applications.
It is obligatory to have a complete package of product documentation (certificate, passport).
