GENERAL INFORMATION:
This RFP procedure does not constitute a tender and is not subject to Articles 447-449 of the Part I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure is the request for proposals does not impose on the customer meets the volume of civil liabilities.

Documents to be uploaded:
1) The submitted application for participation shall be accompanied with the Offer with duly executed attachments and shall contain the key information on the supplied products, terms and conditions of delivery.
