Payment terms:Payment Works is performed in the following order:
1) A down payment of 30% of the cost of the equipment the buyer pays within 10 (ten) banking days from the date of signature of this agreement;
2) A second advance payment of 50% of the cost of the equipment, the buyer pays within 5 (five) banking days from the date of receipt of notification from the provider hardware readiness for shipment;
3) Final payment of 20% of the cost of the equipment the buyer pays within 5 (five) banking days from the date of transfer to the purchaser of the equipment supplier and signature of the representative of the last invoice.
Delivery terms:no later than 140 (one hundred and forty) days from the date of payment of the advance payment
