Auto-extension

5. Terms and conditions of payment:
5.1. Payment is made by transfer of Customer funds to the account of the provider in the following order:
- an advance payment of 50% of the total value of the contract is carried out within 15 days from the moment of signing the contract and invoice of the supplier;
- the final calculation of the customer lists within 10 banking days upon receipt of the goods at the customer's warehouse.

3.1. The term of delivery of goods within 10 calendar days after the payment of the advance payment in the amount of 50% of the contract value.
3.2. Delivery is carried out by the customer (self) from a warehouse supplier if the supplier warehouse is located not further than 40 miles from the warehouse of the customer. In larger distance supplier's warehouse delivery is carried out by the supplier to the customer warehouse at: Moskovskaya oblast, Lytkarino, turaevo industrial area, building 10, with the inclusion of the shipping cost in the price of goods.
