Payment terms:
Delivery prices remain unchanged for the entire period of the contract until 31.12.2020 (if otherwise - specify additionally)
Payment for the delivered Goods is carried out within 60 -90 calendar days from the Date of delivery of the Goods on the basis of the original invoice and invoice of the Supplier
Delivery terms:
The rack is a collapsible structure, assembled from individual elements in 1 or 2 lines of any length. The load on the tier is not less than 1000 kg. The frame is made of galvanized profiles. The frame elements are bolted together. The beams are made of cold rolled metal profiles. Possibility of height adjustment of the beam in 50 mm increments. All elements of the rack (except for the frame) are powder coated.
Allowable tolerance - -20%
Proposals from providers meeting the following conditions are accepted for consideration:
1. Delivery prices remain unchanged for the entire duration of the contract.
2. The submitted offer contains an agreement signed by the tenderer without controversy.
3. Transportation costs shall be included into the products price.
4. The supplier carries out the required customs procedures in accordance with the current legislation on his own and at his own expense (if any).
5. The supplier provides the following documents:
- Mandatory to provide permission to use the Goods;
- quality certificate (if provided);
- technical documentation necessary for the use of the Goods; (passport, instruction manual)
- a document confirming warranty obligations for the Goods, service book;
- documents confirming the passage of all customs procedures; (if necessary)
In the case of the delivery of imported equipment, the Supplier translates all documentation into Russian at its own expense.
The warranty period for the assembled product is 12 (twelve) months.
The delivered goods were manufactured not earlier than 2020, technically sound, without restoration and defects, manufactured in accordance with state standards.
The quality of the supplied products is established by industry standards and is confirmed by the necessary documents (certificate (declaration) of conformity of the manufacturer or a document replacing it).
Comments: 1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
2. Before the envelopes are opened, the participants of this procedure MUST attach to their proposals in electronic form all the necessary documents simultaneously with the submission of the proposal, signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization participating in this procedure. In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
Proposals validity period - 30 days at least.
3. Supplier shall be either product manufacturer, or official dealer of the manufacturer or a distributor (participant shall provide the confirming documents together with the commercial proposal).
4. The pricing mechanism must be consistent throughout the delivery period.
Note: This request for proposals is not a tender notice (public tender) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 - 449, part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061, part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
