Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
The proposal must be submitted on the company's letterhead, registered in the prescribed manner (have an outgoing registration number and date), signed by the head of the organization or an authorized person, sealed, contain:
- full name of the organization;
- requisites and contact details: INN, PSRN, OKPO, contact numbers, addresses or e-mail;
- validity period of the offered price;
- basic conditions for the execution of the contract (delivery time, payment procedure, etc.);
- explanation shipping is included in the product price.
The technical and commercial proposal must contain the calculation of the cost of delivery in accordance with Appendix No. 2.
Terms of payment:
Under supply contracts with a price of less than 5 million rubles. Within 30 calendar days from the date of signing the documents confirming the fact of acceptance of products, subject to a positive Act of incoming control.
Under supply contracts with a price of more than 5 million rubles. Within 60 calendar days from the date of signing the product acceptance document, subject to a positive Incoming Control Act.
For SMEs, within 15 working days from the date of signing documents confirming the fact of acceptance and transfer of products under the contract, subject to a positive Act of incoming control.
The place and terms of delivery in accordance with section 15 of the terms of reference for the Bilibino NPP to the warehouse of the Kalinin NPP in the city of Udomlya until 30.08.2021.
Carrying out this information collection procedure does not entail any obligations of the Customer.
