Payment terms:
Payment for the Goods is made by the Buyer on the 60th (sixtieth) calendar day from the moment of transfer of ownership of the Goods.
Payment for the Goods is made by the Buyer on the basis of the original invoice, the original consignment note TORG-12, copies of goods and transport documents issued in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.
Delivery terms:
The supplier undertakes to deliver a new, unused product.
The supplier carries out transportation (delivery) Of the product to the destination.
Supplier's obligations for delivery (transfer) The Goods are considered completed at the time of transfer of the Goods to the Buyer (Consignee) at the destination.
The following accompanying documents are necessarily attached to the Product:
- packing lists;
- complete lists for each shipping place indicating: full and correct name, weight and dimensions (length, width, height, net/gross weight), questionnaire number, name of the capital construction object, numerical marking (information according to the principle: the serial number of the place from the total number of places);
- technical data sheets (where applicable);
- quality certificates or other documents confirming the quality of the Goods;
- warranty obligations of the manufacturer and the period of validity of the warranty obligations;
- operating instructions (where applicable);
- documents confirming the passage of the customs procedure for the release of Goods for domestic consumption (applicable for foreign-made goods);
- permission of Rostechnadzor for the use of the Product (where applicable).
The technical documentation must comply with the requirements established by the relevant Technical Regulations of the Customs Union (where applicable).
Passports and operating instructions for imported goods must be executed in Russian.
The goods must be packed in a container that ensures the proper safety of the Goods from any kind of damage and complete or partial loss during transportation and meets the requirements (technical conditions) imposed on containers and packaging of this type.
The Supplier must provide a packing list in Russian for each container.
The product must contain a commodity and special marking applied in accordance with GOST or TU, with mandatory indication of information in Russian. All additional costs and losses incurred by the Buyer as a result of defective or incorrect labeling are borne by the Supplier.
Comments: The price of the commercial offer must include all the expenses of the Applicant related to the fulfillment of obligations, excluding VAT and taking into account transport costs.
The price of the commercial offer is indicated in rubles, excluding VAT.
Applicants who are not manufacturers of these materials must attach an official dealer's confirmation (dealer agreement, authorization, dealer certificate) when submitting the KP.
