Payment terms:Payment for the delivered products (goods) is made within 60 days from the date of receipt of the products (goods) in the Buyer's warehouse, and the provision of shipping documents issued in accordance with the Tax Code of the Russian Federation.
Delivery terms:Delivery time: within 30 days from the date of conclusion of the contractual relationship.
The cost of the products includes delivery to the buyer's warehouse.

2. The recommended validity period of the offer is not less than 30 calendar days from the day following the deadline for accepting Applications;
3. A mandatory requirement is the availability of certificates confirming the quality and origin of the goods;
4. A mandatory requirement is to upload a price offer signed by an authorized person and stamped by the organization;
5. Simultaneously with the submission of the proposal, it is mandatory to provide the documents specified in the attached "List of documents";
6. Regarding participation in the procurement procedure, you can contact the persons specified in the notice and procurement documentation for clarification. Including for consultations on registration on the site, various methods and procedures for submitting proposals;
7. Please note that this request is not a type of tender/auction/public offer and does not fall under the regulation of Articles 447-449 of Part One of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. When conducting a request for prices /offers, an invitation to participate together with the documentation on request is an invitation to suppliers to make offers to the Organizer of the procurement procedure; an application for participation in the request is an offer of a potential Participant in the request for prices/offers. At the same time, the Organizer has no obligation to conclude a contract based on its results
