Payment terms:payment of each consignment of goods shall be effected by cashless transfer of funds to the current account of the supplier, on the basis of the invoice issued by the supplier for payment, with the condition of deferred payment within 30 (thirty) calendar Days after delivery of the consignment and handing over the originals of the consignment note and invoice to the customer, provided that the buyer does not have any claims concerning the quality, quantity and assortment of the goods.
Delivery terms:delivery of the goods is carried out during the term of the contract, in batches, in assortment and quantity determined by the customer's request, within 5 (five) working days from the date of receipt of the application (the delivery time of the consignment may be changed in the application for Agreement of the Parties).
