Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Payment is planned in the following order: Payment under the supply agreement is made on the basis of the signed consignment note and the invoice issued no later than 15 (fifteen) business days from the date the Parties signed the consignment note in the form of TORG-12. The cost of the delivery must include all costs associated with the delivery, as well as all taxes, fees, other mandatory payments in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation. Advance under the contract is not provided.

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
