Payment terms:Payment for Products / Batches of Products is made by the Buyer with a deferred payment of at least 30 and no more than 60 calendar days from the date of delivery of Products (date of signing by the Parties of the COMPETITIVE BIDDING PROCESS-12), provided that the Buyer is provided with a complete set of documents for payment for Products / Batches of Products:
- The original of the consignment note (COMPETITIVE BIDDING PROCESS form-12) for Products signed by the Parties – 2 copies;
- The original invoice - 1 copy;
- The original invoice – 1 copy;
- Accompanying documents, in accordance with clause 2.4. of the Contract – 1 copy;
In case of conclusion of the contract with the MSP:
Payment The Products are produced by the Buyer within 7 working days from the date of delivery of the Products (the date of signing by the Buyer of the invoice signed and sent to him by the Supplier in the form COMPETITIVE BIDDING Process-12 /Act of acceptance and transfer of Products/UPD (universal transfer document)) on the basis of the invoice issued by the Supplier. The invoice is issued by the Supplier on time and in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation.

Обоснование: На основании п. 5.5.13. Приложения №2 к Положению о закупках ПАО «Т Плюс» (Инструкции по проведению закупочных процедур) признать несостоявшейся процедуру открытого запроса предложений № 32312809852 на право заключения договора на поставку детских новогодних подарков для собственных нужд АО «Инженерный центр», так как по окончании срока подачи заявок подана только одна заявка на участие в закупке, заявка не соответствует требованиям документации о закупке (закупка признана несостоявшейся в связи с тем, что по результатам рассмотрения заявок все заявки были отклонены)
