Auto-extension

Payment terms:50% - аванс, в течение рабочих 5 дней после подписания договора, 50% - в течение 5 рабочих дней после передачи ТМЦ и подписания передаточных документов.
Delivery terms:Поставка должна быть осуществлена в указанные сроки и надлежащего качества. В случае обнаружения недостатков в поставленных подарках Поставщик должен устранить за свой счет или заменить на аналогичные товары в течении 5 рабочих дней с момента соответствующего требования Покупателя. Поставщик должен иметь возможность допоставки аналогичного товара в количестве 20% от указанного количества новогодних подарков на условиях основной поставки в срок 5 рабочих дней.
