Payment terms:Цена предлагаемой продукции должна быть указана с учетом затрат на страхование, транспортных расходов, таможенных пошлин, сборов и других обязательных платежей (с НДС). Цены должны быть фиксированными на протяжении всего срока действия оферты, договора. Стороны вправе изменить цены в сторону уменьшения в случае, предусмотренном настоящей Документацией или по взаимному письменному согласию в течение срока действия договора. Оплата поставленной продукции осуществляется в течение 15 (пятнадцати) календарных дней после поставки продукции.
Delivery terms:Сроки поставки – не позднее 90 рабочих дней с момента заключения договора. Поставка продукции должна осуществляться по адресу г.Уфа, ул.Комсомольская, д.2. Погрузка и доставка продукции осуществляется силами и средствами поставщика до склада заказчика.
