2. Please be sure to attach a Commercial Proposal on the company's letterhead with the same conditions as indicated in this Bid Notice. Be sure to indicate in the Commercial Proposal the manufacturer of the spare parts you offer and the catalog number of the proposed equivalent. WE ARE CONSIDERING EQUIVALENTS. The Supplier is responsible for the selection of the equivalent ("proposed item") according to the catalog numbers specified by the Buyer. In the event that the spare part does not fit, the Supplier is obliged to replace it at its own expense.
3. The delivery contract is concluded with LLC "STS", see extract.
4. All prices in the offer must include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the cost of all related services, as well as all discounts offered by the supplier, as well as delivery to the Buyer's warehouse.
5. The Supplier shall provide a certificate of conformity and/or declaration of conformity for the Goods if, in accordance with the current legislation, the Goods are subject to certification and/or declaration. The Supplier also provides documents confirming the conformity of the Goods with the mandatory requirements provided for by the current legislation of the Russian Federation (depending on which requirements are applicable to the delivered Goods): veterinary, sanitary and epidemiological requirements and hygienic standards, industrial safety requirements, fire safety requirements and other mandatory requirements provided for by the current legislation of the Russian Federation. The product must also be accompanied by a quality certificate or a quality certificate of the manufacturer.
6. The supplier and manufacturer's warranty for the Goods must be at least 12 months, warranty obligations apply to all goods and all its constituent parts.
The goods must be packed in accordance with the manufacturer's requirements for the appropriate packaging for the delivered Goods or in accordance with GOST or TU and in the necessary manner for the appropriate mode of transport. This package should ensure the safety of the Goods, their protection during normal handling, transportation, several overloads and storage
7. This request for proposals is not a competitive bidding process or a public tender within the meaning of Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. All actions prior to the signing of the contract with the winner of the competition are considered pre-contractual work and do not impose obligations on the organizer exceeding those listed in the terms of the competition.
