2. Compliance of fuel quality with the requirements of TR CU, GOST (fuel produced by the main refineries of the Russian Federation);
3. The supplier's consent to the standard form of the Buyer's contract (written confirmation from the Supplier in the absence of an already signed contract) or the provision of a Protocol of Disagreements simultaneously with the commercial offer;
4. The price is valid for the period of delivery of the specified volume until 10/31/2023.
Delivery time: minimum delivery time, urgent need.
