Payment for the delivered goods is carried out within 30-60 calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods on the basis of the original invoice and invoice of the Supplier.

The delivery of the Goods is carried out in separate batches, during the term of the contract, the quantity and assortment of each batch are determined by agreement of the Parties in writing based on the application of the Buyer, taking into account the needs of the Buyer.

Delivery must be made between September 5 and 10, 2019.
Delivery is carried out by forces and at the expense of the supplier ATZ, owned by the Supplier and meeting the requirements of transportation.
Supply of diesel fuel is carried out at: Russia, Tyumen Oblast, Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, Nadym Administrative Bear Bear License Area, Bear Square, Medvezhye Oil and Gas Condensate Field, prospecting well OPS-5C. The distance from the city of Novy Urengoy is 160 km., The distance from the city of Nadym is 150 km.
Permissible delivery tolerance of 10%. The fuel that remained unclaimed during the work (tolerance - 10% of the application) is returned to the Supplier without payment on the basis of pickup.
Special equipment requirement
Delivery of diesel fuel should be carried out by fuel trucks and ATZs, at least 5 units at a time, owned by the Supplier company and in accordance with the Weatherford company standards (see the annexes in Appendix No. 2 to the draft contract).
Transport (ATZ and fuel trucks) must meet the delivery requirements in accordance with the address of the consignee (location at the field), including delivery by cross-country transport.
ATZ and fuel trucks must have current tank calibration certificates.
ATZ must be able to carry out not only fuel drainage, but also, at the request of the Buyer, provide services for refueling DT vehicles in tanks at filling lists.
The presence of a navigation system on all equipment (GPS / Glonass), which allows you to control speed, location in real time, as well as receive the necessary reports on vehicle activity.
In the event of an accident / breakdown in the vehicle delivering the diesel fuel, it is necessary to immediately take measures to replace it with serviceable vehicles and immediately inform the Buyer about the delay.
Licensing, requirements for industrial safety, labor protection and the environment.
Mandatory availability of licenses and permits for all types of work in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.
Compliance with Weatherford Company standards and Russian requirements for industrial safety, labor and environmental protection, road safety.
Conditions for fulfilling the application for the supply of fuel:
DT delivery is carried out from September 5 to September 10, 2019, after the application is submitted.
During the indicated period, filling of the Buyer's bullets in the amount of 500 cubic meters is carried out. At the same time, within 2 days, the Supplier must deliver an additional 200 cubic meters. DT, preventing downtime of the WFT production unit.
Upon delivery of diesel fuel to the Buyer, the filler neck and the rear working compartment of the ATZ must be sealed.
Special conditions
Mandatory availability at the Supplier:
- permits and technical capabilities necessary to obtain passes to the Yaroslavl’s Medvezhye deposit; Customer - Gazprom Geologorazvedka LLC, where the Buyer's structural units perform work, in accordance with Lot No. B-09-08-2019;
- the lack of a proper package of documentation, experience in this field, and the non-compliance of vehicles and personnel with the requirements of the Buyer and Customer, is the basis for rejection of the offer of the provider.
- documents and permits, in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation and corporate standards of Weatherford LLC in the field of labor protection, industrial safety and environmental protection, road safety, Technical Standard "Transport Safety", Technical Standard "Personal Protective Equipment";
- contingency plan that may arise in the provision of services; certified dispatchers, honey. workers for a survey of drivers (or an agreement with a specialized center for a survey of drivers), supervisors of those. vehicle condition; employees of health, safety and environmental protection, staffing at least 1 person per 100 employees; licenses (permissions); instructions for each type of work.
Personnel involved in the work must:
- Be trained in the types of work performed;
- have experience, skills and ability to conduct work;
- have the appropriate qualifications;
- Be trained and certified in the relevant sections of labor protection safety.
Managers and specialists must be trained and certified in the field of industrial safety and labor protection.

The contractor undertakes:
