This Bidding procedure is not an auction or a tender, does not fall under Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail legal obligations for the Customer to choose a supplier.

Bidders of the tender provide documentation drawn up in accordance with Template No. 1 Counterparty Card and Template No. 2 Commercial Proposal Form.
The price of DT is determined on the date of shipment indicated in the consignment note, according to the price list posted on the website Regional price indices of petroleum products (spimex.com ) for a specific delivery region. Consent to the condition is recorded in Template No. 2 Commercial Proposal Form.
The cost of delivery to the place of transfer of DT is determined separately for 1 (one flight) and is indicated in Template No. 2 Commercial Proposal Form.

The provision of Commercial Proposals by e-mail or in any other form is prohibited!
A commercial offer not submitted by the Bidder on time is considered as a refusal to participate in the tender.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
