Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

• The Supplier undertakes to deliver to the Buyer at the same time as each batch of Goods

or a universal transfer document according to the form recommended by the Federal Tax Service letter No. MMV-20-3/96@ of October 21, 13. (UPD)
b) a copy of the quality passport or manufacturer's certificate of analysis
c) copy of certificate of conformity (declaration of conformity)
• The goods are accepted at the Seller's delivery according to the Buyer's scales.
