We would like to Inform you that "CENTRTRANSAUTO" LLC will conduct preliminary qualification of counterparties when considering commercial proposals, for which it asks You to provide the following information:
- Organization's Passport
- Signed BOM
- Offer.
- A Copy of the document confirming the powers of the person who signed the commercial offer.
- Copy of the Certificate of State registration of the Enterprise (UAH).
- Copy of the Charter.
- Copy of the Certificate of registration in tax authorities (TIN).
- Certificate of the actual and legal address of the organization.
- Accounting balance Sheet (Form 1 and Form 2) for the previous calendar year and the last reporting date.
