The criteria for evaluating proposals will be:

All supplied fuel undergoes incoming inspection before being stored. In case of deviation from TU 0251-083-00151638-2011 class 5, type 4 (DT-AK5) p-0.825; t- + 4; m-9.089tn, fuel is not accepted for storage and is not paid.
Availability of passes for equipment and personnel at the Pyakyakhinsky oil and gas condensate field, the Nakhodkinsky GP, the Messayakh group of the oil and gas condensate field.
Availability of our own fleet of fuel tankers (20t; 25t; if possible 10t). |
