Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension

Comments:
The Bidder indicates the cost per DT with different payment terms.
The cost of delivery is allocated by a separate Procuring item and must cover all costs until the equipment is refueled at the facility. There is no possibility of storing DT at the facility.

Please note that proposals for the supply of winter diesel fuel (DT-Z-K5) that meets the requirements of GOST 32511-2013 will be accepted for consideration.

The winner will be determined based on the cost ratio and the most optimal payment terms.
In the Procured items, the minimum volume of DT delivery in a given period is indicated and can be changed in a big way.

It is planned to conclude a framework agreement with a fixed cost per unit of production.

Consent to conclude an agreement on the proposed standard form is an advantage, but not a determining factor in choosing a winner.

The composition of the bid for participation:
1. A commercial offer indicating the cost of the MTR, the cost of delivery and payment terms.
2.Passports of fuel accessories.
3. Reference List
4. Constituent documents (Charter, decision on the election of the State Duma, order on the appointment of an accountant, power of attorney for the signatory (if necessary), book. balance of 2022 and 2-3 quarter of 2023, reference beneficiaries, staffing, for IP: certificate of TIN, SNILS).

Following the results of the request for proposals, rebidding is planned.
