To their proposals in electronic form to participants of this procedure it is necessary to attach the applicant's application and documents according to the application simultaneously with submission of the offer and the file in the form of scanned copy of its Commercial proposal (with indication of delivery time), signed by the authorized person and certified by the seal of the Organization-participant of this procedure (form attached). In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.

5. To provide on request offers:

- Application (Form № 1);
- Commercial Offer (Form № 2);
- Certificate of Tin;
- Bukh balance for 2015-2017, 2 sq. m. 2018;
- VAT declaration for 2017
- Documents confirming the quality of products.
- Guarantee letter of unconditional signing of the draft agreement in the editorial office of the buyer.
- A letter that the commercial proposal is calculated in full compliance with the TK.
The cost must be specified taking into account the delivery to the buyer's warehouse.
Required: Separately allocate the cost of delivery to the buyer's warehouse.
Proposals validity period - 90 days at least.

and selected the winner: "TDK" OOO – (Bidder 1) (Писаренко В.М.) submitting a bid dated of 22.01.2019 12:34 totalling to 12 155 000,00 RUB (price incl. VAT) for Lot No. 1.
