1. The provision of diesel fuel delivery services.
2. Oil product delivery is carried out by the Supplier’s vehicles (all-terrain vehicles), payment for transportation is included in the cost of oil product sales.
3. The Supplier provides the Buyer with the services in full and on the conditions provided for by the Agreement.
4. Ensure compliance with legislation on the protection of mineral resources, the environment, natural resources, safety rules in the oil and gas industry, and traffic rules for the operation of equipment.
5. For timely execution of applications for the delivery of diesel fuel to the Buyer's well construction facilities, submit technically sound equipment.
6. To provide services under this agreement, acquire the necessary permits and admission of bulky and heavy cargo for the right to travel on roads at their own expense;
7. The Supplier bears responsibility to the Buyer established by the above documents in the form of fines and compensation for losses incurred, provided the Buyer brings the contents of these requirements to the Supplier. The application of penalties is carried out on a differentiated scale of the Buyer, applied to enterprises providing services for the supply of diesel fuel.
8. The Supplier is liable to the Buyer for violation of the requirements for labor protection, industrial safety and environmental protection, as well as the minimum requirements for HSE, environmental protection and environmental protection for short-term contracts in the amounts established by the differential scale of the Customer’s construction of wells applicable to enterprises providing transport services;
9. In case of non-compliance with the route of movement of equipment provided for in the scheme of access roads issued by the Buyer, the Supplier is responsible for causing losses and violation of land legislation to the land user;

11. In case of detection at the Buyer's facilities of the Supplier’s employees carrying out work without appropriate personal protective equipment, the Supplier shall pay the Buyer a penalty in the amount of 90,000 (ninety thousand) rubles for each such violation;
12. In case of failure to comply with the requirements of the Transport Safety instructions, the Supplier shall pay the Buyer a fine of 70,000 (seventy thousand) rubles for each such case for each violation;
13. In the event that the Supplier conceals from the Buyer the facts of incidents, an accident in the production of the contractual scope of work, or a notification with a delay of more than 24 hours from the moment the incident was discovered, the Supplier pays the Buyer for each such fact a fine of 70,000 (seventy thousand) rubles for each such happening;
14. 15. In case of violation of the delivery time of the Goods, the Supplier shall, at the request of the Buyer, pay a penalty in the amount of 0.1% of the cost of the short-delivered Goods for each hour of delay. A penalty is considered to be collected from the moment of receipt of funds to the Buyer's settlement account.
16. Damage caused to the Buyer's property as well as to the environment caused during the performance of work (rendering of services) under the concluded contracts and upon written request, the Supplier pays the Buyer a fine in the amount of 300,000 (three hundred thousand) rubles for each such case;
17. In case of delivery of low-quality Goods, the Supplier is obliged to pay a fine in the amount of 10% of the cost of the delivered Goods at the request of the Buyer. take out poor-quality Goods at their own expense and deliver the Goods of good quality within 48 hours.
18. The Supplier is additionally liable in the form of compensation for real damage incurred by the Buyer in case of delivery of defective Goods, subject to the fault of the Supplier. The basis for reimbursement will be a conclusion on the quality of the Goods issued by a certified laboratory selected at the discretion of the buyer or the relevant act signed by authorized representatives of both Parties.
19. The Supplier shall provide for the equipment provided and the driver’s pass for admission to the Buyer's facilities (if necessary).
20. In the case of penalties imposed by PJSC JSOC Bashneft and other Customers for the construction of wells due to the fault of the Supplier, the Supplier shall reimburse the Buyer for the losses incurred in connection with this in the amount of fines imposed.
