Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Deferral of payments up to 30 calendar days. The limit is 1,000,000 (One million rubles).
Delivery terms:Delivery is made by and at the expense of the Supplier at the Buyer's addresses. When accepting the Fuel, the Supplier is obliged, with the Buyer, to take a sample of the supplied fuel according to all the rules for possible shipment for examination. The price indicated in the KP will be fixed in the Specification until the end of the winter season.

Comments:
Tender procedure for the supply of diesel fuel for the needs of STC LLC "STD "Petrovich". Fuel suppliers who have provided prices for Diesel Fuel (Euro-5) winter, which must comply with the requirements of DIN EN 590 Standard, are considered. The price on the electronic platform is indicated for 1 liter (without VAT).
Participants are required to fill out a questionnaire on the form of STD Petrovich LLC, provide KP, all necessary documents.
