Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:
Deferred payments for up to 30 calendar days. The limit is 1,000,000 (one million rubles).
Delivery terms:
Delivery is carried out by and at the expense of the Supplier to the Buyer's addresses. When accepting Fuel, the supplier is obliged, in front of the Buyer, to take a sample of the supplied fuel in accordance with all the rules for possible sending for examination. The price indicated in the Commercial Proposal will be fixed in the Specification until the end of the winter season.
