Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Delivery terms:PIK-profile LLC:
1. The minimum batch of delivered products is from 3 cubes.
2. Each batch of products is accompanied by a full set of quality documentation (certificate of conformity, quality passport)
3. Delivery is carried out:
- ordinary edged board to the warehouse of PIK-profile LLC at the address: Moscow, Ryabinovaya str., 22 A;
- antiseptic board for construction projects in Moscow and the Moscow region by the Supplier.

PIK-profile LLC:
1. The edged board must meet the requirements specified in GOST 24454-80 and 8486-86, according to which the following quality characteristics are predetermined for it:

The possible number of knots fully or partially fused, as well as non–fused ones up to 40 mm thick, is 4, and they should not exceed ¼ width per one meter of the board;
Deep edge and plate cracks are allowed, no more than 1/6 of the length of the board;
The length of the plate through cracks can not be more than 100 millimeters;
The presence of end cracks can occur only on one side and no more than 1/6 of the width of the material;
The slope of the fibers, roll, as well as the presence of a core and a double core, pockets (up to 4 pcs.) are allowed;
Fungus spots and stripes, sapwood stains and mold are allowed within 20% of the area of the finished edged board of grade 2;
The presence of rot and the inclusion of foreign bodies is not allowed;
A sharp (the entire width of the edge) obzol is not allowed. There may be a small amount of obzol in some areas. The exception is products sent for export – here the presence of any amount of obzol is prohibited;
The permissible longitudinal warping lies within 0.1% of the total length of the product;
The permissible transverse warping should not exceed 0.5% of the total length of the product;
Among the biological damages, there may be up to two wormholes on one meter of the board;
The permissible bevel of the cut (deviation from the perpendicular between the end face and the plate) should not exceed 5% of the width and thickness;
The permissible humidity for a board that is not subject to drying is up to 22%.

2. Antiseptic board - grade 1.
The impregnation of the board should be carried out in the conditions of production, in baths.
