Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
The delivery price includes the price of the product, VAT, delivery to the Buyer's warehouse, transportation costs, insurance, packaging, freight forwarding, a full set of those. documentation, payment of customs duties, taxes and other obligatory payments that the Supplier must pay in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
