Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
advance payment in the amount of 30% of the price of the Contract, within 15 (fifteen) calendar days after the Buyer receives the last document from the following:
- Supplier's advance payment account;
- ensuring the return of the advance payment in the form of a bank guarantee or guarantee, ensuring the return of the full amount of the advance payment, provided in accordance with clause 3.2 of the Agreement;
payment of the remaining 70% of the price of the Agreement - within 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the date of completion of delivery and transfer of the Goods, on the basis of the invoice for payment and the documents specified in clause 4.8 of the Agreement signed by both Parties, subject to the Supplier fulfilling obligations to provide enforcement of obligations provided for in art. 3 of the Agreement.
Or:
☐ payment of 100% of the price of the Agreement, within 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the date of delivery and transfer of the Goods, on the basis of the invoice for payment and the documents specified in clause 4.8 of the Agreement signed by both Parties, subject to the fulfillment by the Supplier of obligations to provide performance security obligations provided for in Art. 3 Treaties

Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
