Обоснование: 1. Не допустить к стадии оценки и сопоставления заявок ООО «СпецОгнеупорКомплект» – основание принятия решения предоставлено в соответствующем столбце.
2. В связи с тем, что на участие в запросе цен допущена одна заявка, на основании п. 8.11.1 Положения о закупке товаров, работ, услуг для ООО «ЧТЗ-УРАЛТРАК» (с изменениями) признать запрос цен несостоявшимся.
3. На основании п. 8.11.3 Положения о закупке товаров, работ, услуг для ООО «ЧТЗ-УРАЛТРАК» (с изменениями) заключить договор на сумму 95 650,80 евро с учетом НДС с организацией ООО «Уралхимпласт - Хюттенес Альбертус».
