В цену должно быть включено: цена товара, цена упаковки, расходы Поставщика на доставку до склада Заказчика, погрузо-разгрузочные работы, а также необходимые к уплате расходы на страхование, уплату пошлин, налогов и других обязательных платежей.Заказчик осуществляет оплату поставленного товара в течение 15 (пятнадцати) рабочих дней с момента подписания товарной накладной (форма ТОРГ-12).
