Participant applications: Commercial proposal on letterhead with a signature and seal, it is mandatory to fill in Appendix No. 2 (to be filled in). Send a card to the organization. In the commercial proposal, you must specify the delivery time, terms of payment and the basis of delivery. The price includes delivery to Divnogorsk / buyer's warehouse.

The winner must be accredited before signing the contract. The list of documents required for accreditation is attached to the document files.
