Auto-extension

Payment terms:
payment for the goods is made by transferring money to the account of the supplier within the cost (price) specified in the agreement. Terms of payment: Payment for the goods is made within 90 calendar days after delivery to the customer's warehouse. Payment is made for the goods delivered. Delivery terms:
Consignee/place of delivery: JSC «Omsk Plant of transport machine building», Omsk, red pereulok 2 (arrival on territory through a third checkpoint str. 3-rd Coal, d. 2). Delivery time: delivery must takes place within three months from the date of the signing of the Treaty, on request of the buyer.
