Payment terms:	Advance payment is not applicable. Payment upon shipment of the Goods from the supplier’s warehouse within 60 business days from the date of shipment and the provision of the original invoices, waybills.
Delivery terms:	In separate batches, according to additional buyer's applications, from 02.20.2020 to 06.30.2020. The total actual demand for applications may be lower than the specified number for this request for proposals. Delivery is carried out only if the actual needs of the Buyer. The quantity of Goods specified in this request for proposals is conditional, and in fact may differ to a lesser extent. The method of delivery of each consignment of goods to the Buyer's warehouse is agreed by the parties for each application separately. In commercial offers, it is required to indicate the cost of the Goods on the basis of self-delivery by the Buyer in-house, as well as indicate the address of the shipment warehouse. The Supplier’s shipment warehouse should be located in one of the following settlements: Ufa, Chelyabinsk, Yekaterinburg, Tyumen, Surgut, Novy Urengoy. Other locations of participants' shipping depots may also be considered. The shipment of goods on applications must be carried out by the supplier within no more than 3 working days from the date of sending the application by the buyer. The cost of the goods must be fixed from 02/20/2020 to 06/30/2020 (official written confirmation is required).

List of required documents: - Partner card; - Application (Form No. 1); - Commercial offer (Form No. 2); - Certificate TIN; - Bukh balance sheet for 2016-2018; - 2018 VAT Declaration - A letter of guarantee on the unconditional signing of the draft contract as amended by the Buyer. - A letter of guarantee that the products are new, not used. - A letter stating that the quotation is calculated in full accordance with the request for proposals. - Letter on fixing the value in the period from 02.20.2020 to 06.30.2020 Validity of commercial offers of participants - at least 90 days. Be sure to attach the conformity certificates, passport, quality quality. Note: this request is not a notice of tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447 - 449, Part I, and Articles 1057 - 1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability towards the participants.
