Payment terms:Payment for the goods is made by the Buyer within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods and the signing by the Buyer of the unified form of the consignment note (in the form of TORG-12, approved by the decree of the State Statistics Committee of Russia dated 25.12.98 N 132), subject to receipt of an invoice from the Supplier , issued on the basis of a signed contract, by transferring funds to the current account of the Supplier.
