Auto-extension

Payment terms:
30% advance. The final payment in the amount of 70% of the cost of production - no earlier than 60 calendar days from the date of shipment of the product.

The priority is to choose a supplier at the lowest price, delivery time and maximum deferred payment, with the conclusion of an agreement according to the standard form of the Buyer.
The agreement is accepted only as amended by the Buyer without protocols of disagreement.
It is necessary to load a commercial offer, as well as a reference list confirming the competence of the supplier.
For the convenience of quoting, you must attach the KP in electronic form, as well as its scan with a signature and seal. After the end of bidding, 60 minutes will be provided for updating the documentation.
Uploading a quotation is required. In the presence of a valid contract between our organizations, the attachment of statutory documents is not necessary. For suppliers with whom the contract is not concluded, it is advisable to load the statutory documents.
Electronic download to the lot is recommended and it is obligatory to send quality certificates, passports of manufacturers for the products offered together with the goods.
We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a form of competition / auction / public offer and does not fall under the regulation of Articles 447–449 of Part One of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. When conducting request for price quotations/offers an invitation to participate, together with documentation on request is an invitation to suppliers to make offers to the Organizer of the procurement procedure; application for participation in the request is an offer of potential Participant of RFQ/RFP. Thus the Organizer has no obligation to enter into a contract based on RFP results.

The procedure for requesting proposals in the B2B-CENTER system is determined by the Regulations of the B2B-CENTER system and posted on the official website.
Section 8 of the Regulation provides that the request for proposals is not a tender and does not apply to the requirements of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
The organizer of the request for proposals has the right to choose the winner of the procedure and to complete it by rejecting all incoming proposals.
The organizer of the request for proposals determines the winner of the request for proposals by a set of criteria. The lowest bid price, when conducting a request for proposals, does not mean a clear victory in the procedure.
Additionally, we inform a number of reasons for rejecting applications:
- Availability of information about the Participant in the register of unscrupulous suppliers.
- Failure to submit a commercial offer in the application.
