Payment terms:Non-cash payment, the payment order. Postponement for 60 days upon receipt of goods at the buyer's warehouse.
Delivery terms:Including delivery to the buyer's warehouse. Delivery time: up to May 30, 2016. The contract shall be concluded only in the wording of OOO"Mechel-Koks".
Georeferencing:Russia, Chelyabinsk region, Chelyabinsk, industrial zone of OJSC "CHMK"
Comments:
1. Electric motor AIR315 MV6 160kW 990 rpm (design: foot-mounted). Standard version - S1 mode of operation, three-phase AC network 50 Hz 380V/660V. Climatic modification and placement category U3. Code IP54. 2. The motor shall be new, production year: not later than 2015. Products of Russia or CIS. 3. Products shall comply with the specified: - labeling and packaging of manufacturer; - in appearance;- provision of certificates, technical documentation, manufacturer's test report. 4. Equivalents are not accepted.

1. Recommended validity period of offer is not less than 15 calendar days from the day following the day of the deadline for submitting proposals; 2. Mandatory requirement - certificates confirming the quality and origin of the goods are required. Mandatory requirement - uploading of quotation signed by an authorized person and with the seal of the company shall be provided; 4. The contract shall be concluded strictly in the Buyer edition (attached), protocols of disagreements are not accepted; 5. The documents specified in the attached "List of Documents" shall be provided together with the submitted proposal; 6. For participation in the procurement procedure for clarification refer to the specified in the notice and procurement documentation person. For questions on registration on the Marketplace, a variety of methods and procedures for submission of proposals also contact the specified persons; 7. Please note that this request is not the kind of tender/auction/public offer and does not fall under the regulation of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. During the request for quotations/proposals an invitation to participate, together with documentation on request is an invitation for suppliers to make offers to the Organiser of the procurement procedure; application to participate in the request is an offer of prospective participant of RFQ/RFP. In this case the Organizer has no obligation to sign the agreement on its results;
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
