Payment terms:- up to the 10th day of the month in which the delivery is made - in the amount of 30% of the cost of the planned volume of electricity consumption (capacity) for the corresponding billing period, in addition to VAT;
- up to the 25th day of the month in which the delivery is made - in the amount of 40% of the cost of the planned volume of electricity consumption (capacity) for the corresponding billing period, in addition to VAT
6.2. The final payment for the electricity (capacity) actually delivered for the current billing period when energy is supplied from the wholesale or retail electricity (capacity) markets is made no later than the 19th day of the month following the billing one, taking into account previously made payments, on the basis of an invoice issued by the ESO for the electricity (capacity) delivered in the billing period
Delivery terms:To supply the Consumer with electricity (power) in the amount specified in Annex No. 1 to this Agreement, within the terms and conditions of this Agreement to the delivery points specified in Annex No. 3 to this Agreement.
